I made some pico de gallo & "homemade" tortilla chips last night to enjoy whilst viewing the ANTM season premiere. The recipes are from Vegan a Go Go and Allrecipes, respectively.Both were really easy and reallllly yummy. I omitted the jalapeño in the pico de gallo simply because I didn't have one, and the cumin in the tortilla chips because I didn't have that either.
